Cookies and tracking
Ad and analytics tools are strictly opt in. Before you press Accept on the cookie notice, and after you press Decline, none of the following runs and nothing is sent to Google or Meta.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), after Accept only. The Meta Pixel records page views, taps on our call buttons, and a sent estimate request. When you send an estimate request after accepting, our server also tells Meta about that request, with your email, phone, name and ZIP scrambled (hashed) first, plus your IP address and browser type, so Meta can match it to an ad you saw.
Google, after Accept only. Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics and may load Google ad measurement, to see which searches and ads bring people to us.
Stripe, on payment only. When you open the card payment panel on an invoice or estimate, Stripe, our card processor, sets a cookie to help stop fraud. It does not load on other pages.
Our own visit counts. We count how many visitors reach each step of the estimate form, with the page, the site that sent you, and the ZIP you typed. These counts stay with us, are never shared with an advertiser, and never include your name, phone or email.
Our web host. The company that hosts this site measures basic visits, page speed and errors for every site it runs, and may set its own cookies to keep the site working. We cannot switch this off from our side.
Changing your choice. Tap Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept or decline again. A decline takes effect right away, and we keep a note of when you chose and which notice you saw.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends this signal, we treat it as a decline, and the Google and Meta tools never load.
